2. He is certified assessor for SSB trained by Defence Institue of Psychological Research (DIPR, DRDO)
3. He is worked as Head of the Department Psychology for 11 years at 1 AFSB Dehradun, 2 AFSB Mysore and 4AFSB Varanasi. During these tenures, did approx 5000 live Dossier assesments.

5. He is rich experience of assessment and selection with Air Force / Army / Navy / Coast Guard and DRDO Scientists. Ex-HOD Psychology for 11 years in SSB. Ex-Psychologist, 1 AFSB Dehradun Ex-Psychologist, 2 AFSB Mysore Ex-Psychologist, 4 AFSB Varanasi Handled around 5000 live dossier assessments.
6. Eight years of experience in the field of Soft Skill Management wherein worked as a Psychologist and Instructor (Directing staff) in the Prestigious faculty of Centre for Leadership Training and Behavioural Sciences of Indian Air Force. During these 8 years, worked as a motivational speaker and leadership Trainer for the Indain Armed forces conducted approx. 400 soft skill management and Leadership Training workshops for the Armed Forces.
7. He has an experience of attending various Management Development Programmes in different Ms of the country, NIFM Faridabad, XLRI Jamshedpur, ITM Mussoorie, IIM Calicut, IIM Indore, IIM Ahmedabad IIM Kolkata and IIM Banglore. Has been a guest speaker faculty at various institutions of repute, pan India.
